How does mobile detailing work? Do I need to be home?+
Not at all. We've worked plenty of jobs where the customer is at work or running errands — you just leave the keys in a spot we agree on, and we text you when we're done. About half our Overland Park customers stay home, half don't. Either is fine.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Overland Park, KS and cover a roughly 25-mile radius across the KC metro — Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Prairie Village, Shawnee, and out to Mission, Merriam, Gardner, Spring Hill. If your address is close but not on our list, send it over and we'll let you know.
How long does a detail take?+
An Exterior runs 1.5 to 2.5 hours. An Interior is 2 to 3 hours. A Full Detail is closer to 4. Ceramic coatings are a full-day job. We give you a real ETA when we book, not a vague window.
What happens if it rains?+
If the forecast is bad on the day of, we'll reach out the morning of and reschedule. We'd rather move the appointment than do a half-job in the rain. Same goes for severe heat or active storms.
How do I book?+
Pick a time on our online scheduling page — that's the fastest way. You can also call or text (913) 440-4551 and we'll respond the same day, usually within an hour or two during business hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Card, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle. You'll get a digital receipt by email after the job.
Can you come to apartment complexes or office parking lots?+
Yes — a lot of our work is at apartments and office buildings around Overland Park. As long as we have a parking spot for the car, we're set. If you're not sure your complex allows it, just ask the office; almost all of them are fine with it.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Two or three days is comfortable. We can usually fit a same-week request in, and we keep some flex in the schedule for short-notice jobs.
